May 16, 2008 - 1/2-day CE for dentists and staff
Program:   The Anatomy of a Healthy Dental Team
Speaker:   JoAn Majors
Location:   Garden of the Gods Club
Times:       8 a. m. registration/continental breakfast
                 9 a. m. - noon - program
                12 - 1 p. m. - lunch
(Afternoon golf available; call Dr. Mark Mollner)
              
The cost includes lecture materials, continental breakfast, and lunch. 
Cost:      $149 CSDS members
               $200 non-CSDS member dentists
               $  79 each staff
